This is a famous recipe by the Americans, also known as the dough to make the famous and traditional corn dog.
Dough that is based on corn flour, delicious which with this preparation even the children of the house do not stop eating.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cornmeal (not pre-cooked)
1 cup pancake flour (instant)
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of milk
1 Egg (if in the pancake flour it says not to add egg, do not add it)
PREPARATION:
1) We preheat the oven to 20 degrees Celsius or 400 Fahrenheight.
2) We mix all the dry ingredients.
3) We add all the liquid ingredients.
4) We stir with a spoon, (do not beat)
5) We grease our mold.
6) We pour the mixture (we fill the mold 3/4)
7) We take it to the oven for 25 minutes.
