This recipe is easy and quick, it is made in 20 minutes and it is super rich, healthy and low in calories. Ideal for dinner and for those of us who want to lose a few kilos, we can substitute potatoes for broccoli, cauliflower or peppers.
Ingredients for the Baked Hake Filet:
- 6 hake fillets (or the quantity you want)
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 medium potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the Baked Hake Filet:
We place the hake fillets on a refractory tray, chop the potatoes into slices, the onion, the garlic and spread them on top.
Add salt and pepper to taste .. Pour a splash of olive oil evenly and in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown!
