I’m dying for avocado! I love it in all its presentations, in salad, only with salt, in guacamole, in strips, squares, I even like the photo! Here I give you the super easy recipe for guacamole. Do not worry that avocado does not make you fat … it is one of the healthy natural fats that we can consume without any concern, it also has Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and B complex vitamins, which are thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, and folate, as well as potassium. Excellent!
Ingredients for the Guacamole:
1 ripe avocado
1/2 small onion
1 ripe tomato
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of coriander
1 tablespoon of oil
Guacamole Preparation:
Mash the Avocado with a fork and place it in a deep bowl. Then chop the tomato and the other ingredients into small squares as small as you can, add the lemon juice, the oil, salt and pepper and stir everything and that’s it !!! 🙂 easy right?

When you chop the avocado, leave the seed inside so that it does not turn black.
