Ingredients for New York Cheesecake / Baked Cheesecake:
900 gr of Cream Cheese (it can be Philadelphia or another)
250 gr of Maria cookies
300 grams of sugar
200 ml heavy cream
4 eggs
100 ml milk
100 g of butter
30 gr of flour
1 or 2 tablespoons of vanilla
the zest of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange
and the juice of 1/2 lemon!
