Can you send your old UGGs back and get new ones?

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their UGG® product from a retailer other than www.ugg.com, or the UGG® call center. We will process your return for an exchange or a site credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us. Items must be in new and unused condition.

Can you replace old Uggs?

All items sent to UGG® which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that UGG® can offer an exchange or site credit but does not perform repairs. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received.

Can I exchange my Uggs without a receipt?

Do I need to include a copy of the original purchase receipt to complete my return? At the current time, we do not require a receipt to process your return. We do however request that you complete the return form online, print it, and include it inside the package with your return to help us better assist you.

A few drops on the Classic II won't hurt them, but the Classic II is not meant for rain, snow, or any large amount of liquid. While these boots have been pre-treated to repel moisture and protect against stains, large amounts of liquid or extended exposure to liquid will eventually soak through.

Can you do exchanges without receipt?
