This vegetable cream is easy to make, it does not need big complicated ingredients, it is super delicious, nutritious and colorful! Take note:
Ingredients for the Mixed Vegetable Cream
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/2 kg of Auyama (pumpkin)
- 1 cup of spinach or chard …
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 garlic joint (leek)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 handful of coriander
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 stalk of celery (optional)
- 1 carrot
- salt and pepper
Preparation of the mixed vegetable cream
Simple: chop all the ingredients into medium pieces and add them to the pot with water along with a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 of pepper
Cover, and when it boils, lower the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour. When the vegetables are soft and you see that they are almost undone, blend everything.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese when serving 🙂 (I love this!)

(In this last step of blending, wait for it to cool down a bit or take special care when doing it if it is still hot, grip the lid of the blender tightly with a cloth so that the lid does not lift with the steam)
