For lovers of broccoli and a healthy life, or for the children of the house, here we have a different recipe to eat it which everyone at home will love. These are the croquette or broccoli tortillas.

Easy, delicious and different recipe to eat such nutritious broccoli. Recipe that you can also make fried or in the oven.

OMELETTE OR BROCOLI CROQUETTE (OVEN or FRIED)

INGREDIENTS:

1 large broccoli

1 egg

1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Salt

Pepper

Necessary amount of salt cracker

 

PREPARATION:

1) We heat water in a pot with salt.

2) Once our water is boiling we add our chopped broccoli

3) We leave it for four minutes (until they are al dente or we see that our broccoli takes a bright green color)

4) We let it cool down.

5) Once cold, we grate the broccoli.

6) We add the egg and mix.

7) We add our mozzarella cheese, mix.

8) We add our breadcrumbs until there is a homogeneous dough.

9) We add the Parmesan cheese

10) we correct the salt and add pepper to taste

11) We give you the forms of croquettes.

Be careful: if we are going to make them fried, we mix everything, and if we are going to do it in the oven we put the Parmesan on top, covering our croquettes so that they can be gratin.

If they are in the pan, we take them to cook, turning them from side to side and turning them golden brown.

If they are going to be baked, the oven has to be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, we take our croquettes until we see that the sides are golden brown and our Parmesan has been gratinated.
