Brownie with an ingredient you can’t even imagine!

This will be the most delicious, luscious, moist brownie with an intense flavor that you will have ever tasted. It has an ingredient that enhances its flavor, making it more intense and with a texture that you will not achieve with any other recipe. You have to try it!


Ingredients for the Brownie
• 300 gr of chocolate fondue (I used hersheys chips)
• 100 gr of butter
• 3 eggs
• 200 gr of brown sugar
• 60 gr of flour
• 30 gr of cocoa powder (I used hersheys)
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 boiled beets

Brownie Preparation
I love chocolate, and chocoate loves me! whoever likes it is just crazy! This brownie has it all, it is soft but compact and the touch of beetroot enhances its flavor making it intense and with an incredible texture .. comparing it with all the ones I have tried, I definitely prefer this one without thinking much! The first thing we are going to do is melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and reserve.

The next thing will be to beat the three eggs together with the brown sugar until it doubles in size and is like a white cream. Next we will add the mixture of the melted chocolate with the butter and beat again.

Now add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder (I used a strainer) then mix well in an enveloping way with a spatula to integrate all the ingredients. You can add a pinch of salt.

Now is the time to add the beet that we will have parboiled, peeled and pureed and that we have passed through a strainer to remove most of its juice / water. We stir.

This recipe is for a preferably square 23 x 23 cm mold that we have lined with buttered waxed paper. Add the mixture and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200ºC. We take out, we wait until it is warm to unmold.

I guarantee you friends that it is a brownie delight, the beet enhances the flavor of the chocolate sooo much that makes it more intense, the texture is light, I really was very surprised with the result, I did not expect it like that, it is more I thought that it I was going to taste beet but no. (Although its taste does not displease me, I think it is very good)
