The chickpea salad is very complete and is very showy because of the color that the vegetables give it and the citrus flavor of a simple but delicious vinaigrette that complements it perfectly. It is composed of cucumbers, tomatoes, purple or white onion (it depends on the tastes of each person), red or green paprika, all these vegetables cut into cubes. Recipe Notes

We recommend that if you are not going to consume the salad at the moment, do not add the cheese and leave it for last. If we put the cheese and save the salad for later, it tends to dissolve and give a whitish color to the preparation that is not very pleasing to the eye.

We hope you enjoy this delicious salad as much as we do and tell us how it went with this delicious dish.
