I loved these cookies, they have that flavor between sweet and salty what you don’t know what it is! pretty delicious. If you don’t like peanut butter or are allergic, don’t put it on and add more butter instead. If you want them more dietary, add stevia instead of sugar.
Ingredients for the chocolate and banana cookies
1/3 of cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of flour
1/2 banana, mashed (with a fork)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
5 tablespoons of butter at room temperature …
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (or baking soda)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of brown sugar
To make them is super simple:
First we add all the ingredients in a container and mix well first with a spoon and then by hand. If the mixture is too sticky, (as it happened to me haha) add two more tablespoons of flour. Make some balls and place them on a baking sheet on parchment paper, leaving enough space between them.
We will bake them for approximately 10 minutes. We take them out and let them cool on a rack or a plate.
