Ingredient for the chocolate cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of cocoa or chocolate powder (not instant)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder (10 gr)
- Nutella for the topping
Preparation of the chocolate cake:
This cake is super easy and is exquisite. First pre-heat the oven and mix all the ingredients with a whisk by hand.
Butter the mold, sprinkle it with flour (so that when unmolding it does not stick) Empty the mixture into the mold and bake it for 40 min – 50 min at 150ºC. I don’t know exactly how long, you will know that it is ready when inserting a toothpick comes out dry. Unmold and top with Nutella: 3
