Rice Pudding CREAMY Thermomix (8 Servings)

Ingredients:

1 cup of rice

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

1 liter of whole milk

1/2 cup of raisins

1 cinnamon stick

3 Sweet pepper balls

6 cloves

Cinnamon powder (for decoration)

 

Preparation RICE WITH MILK Thermomix

1) In a pot we heat the liter of milk together with our evaporated milk (do not let it boil).

2) In a frying pan we put our rice together with our sweet peppers, cloves, cinnamon over low heat.

3) we cover our rice with our milk that we have heating in the other pot.

4) We cover but without stopping it to move from time to time.

5) When we see that our rice is drying out, we add our combination of milk. And so on. While constantly stirring.

6) When we see that our rice is about to burst, we add our can of condensed milk. (At this point we cannot stop stirring, since our condensed milk could stick to us and burn.

7) We see if the consistency is the desired one, neither so thick nor so light (if it has been too thick for our liking, you can add more milk to lighten it.

8) Once ready, let it cool down and serve it with ground cinnamon as a decoration.
