Ingredients for the Mashed potatoes:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 butter spoons
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the Mashed potatoes:
This mashed potatoes is made in 10 minutes. First I’m going to give you a trick .. instead of parboiling the potatoes, we wrap them in plastic wrap (envoplast) and prick them with a fork or knife and then put them in the microwave for 7 minutes
Then, we remove the paper so that the peel dries a bit (so it is easier to peel them) we cut them into pieces. We place them in a pot over low heat together with the 1/2 glass of milk, the butter, and the pinch of salt and pepper.
Then we grind them with a fork or with the crusher …
If they see that it dries a lot, add more milk and another little butter so it remains soft. Finally we add the Parmesan cheese. Clever!
