A very healthy option for both lunch and dinner.
Ingredients for the hake fillet with wild asparagus (4 people)
- 4 hake fillets
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the hake fillet with wild asparagus:
Beat the egg in a bowl with the salt. pepper and garlic powder. Pass the hake fillets through the mixture and then pass them through the flour and fries on both sides (it does not take long, I leave them until they are golden brown and crisp as in the photo. When they are ready sprinkle a little parsley.
Asparagus can be grilled or with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
I also accompanied this dish with salad and some mushroom and mushroom cuts that I had almost forgotten in the fridge (I made them at the same time together with the asparagus) Making this dish does not take you more than 10 minutes !! 🙂
