500 grams of wheat flour
1 tablespoon yeast in paste or grains
1 glass of warm water …

1 teaspoon salt.

Salami or pepperoni

First of all, mix the teaspoon of sugar in half a glass of warm water and add the yeast. Leave it for 10 minutes until it ferments.

We stretch the dough with a rolling pin so that it is 1/2 cm thick if you want it thicker and just 2 mm if you want it thinner and we place it on the tray in which we have passed oil with a napkin, then we bathe it With the Neapolitan sauce, we add mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, anchovies, onion, olives, with whatever you prefer!


Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes and that’s it! (put the eye that does not burn)
