Light Shrimp Salad


This salad takes 5 minutes and is delicious… and most importantly, healthy!

Shrimp salad preparation

1.- Add a handful of Iceberg or Romaine lettuce to a container.

2.- Add another handful of Assorted Sprouts: Spinach, Canons, Red Sap and a little onion.

3.- Now add the shrimp, which have previously cooked 2 handfuls of shrimp for 3 minutes with: 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, pepper and parsley.


4.- I have a splash of Light vinaigrette based on sweet mustard in a pot of those sauce in the fridge. It is prepared like this: 2 fingers of olive oil, 2 of balsamic vinegar, 1 finger of water, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper. Clever. Cover the container, beat it well so that everything is mixed and to eat!
