Ingredients for the Meatballs 4 people:
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce …
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 splash of wine
- 1 hour of laurel
- salt, pepper and rosemary
- 500 grams of beef (beef) 1 can of 500 grams of crushed tomatoes
Preparation of the Meatballs:
Let’s first flavor the meat. Add the two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, soy, salt and pepper to taste and knead so that everything mixes well.
We start to make the meat balls, I don’t make them very big, they are more like a ping pong ball) and we pass them through the flour
Add the olive oil in a pan and when it is hot add all the meatballs, the rosemary and the bay leaf and when they are golden brown add the splash of wine.
When the wine is reduced, add the crushed tomatoes a little water (1/4 cup) cover and cook until the sauce is darker.
Serve them over pasta or rice With whatever you prefer! With pasta it’s like another version of Bolognese pasta but instead of ground meat it’s with meatballs.
