Ingredients:
500 grams of pasta
2 butter spoons
250 grams of ham
400 ml (2 cups) of cream or milk cream
1 small onion …
1 cloves of garlic
Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of parsley powder or very finely chopped
This is my version of alfredo pasta … the good thing about cooking is that it allows us to invent and there are always good surprises .. First we fry the onion and minced garlic in butter, then we add the minced ham and cook for 5 minutes or until the onions are a little brown. (I think there was a bacon strip left over there and I also cut it into small pieces and put it on him. (almost almost like a carbonara pasta but it is not)
Add the cream or milk cream to the previous sauce and cook while stirring until the cream becomes a little thicker (approximately 8 to 10 minutes more. Finally, add a pinch of salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese to the sauce and cook 1 minute more (that is how the cheese melts, yum!) If you want, you can add a tin of sweet corn to the sauce .. it is very tasty
After we have the sauce ready, we add the pasta to that same pan already previously cooked in salted water (about 7 or 8 minutes) that is al dente.
Finally we sprinkle a little pepper. If you are like me, a cheese lover sprinkle more once served. 🙂 Enjoy!
