Pasta con langostinos

Ingredients for the Pasta with prawn cream:

  • 1/2 kg of prawns
  • 1/2 kg of mussels
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1/2 kg of pasta (short or long)
  • 1/2 lt of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation of the Pasta with prawn cream

We boil the mussels until they open, we separate them from the shells and reserve them. We clean the prawns and then sauté the minced garlic in the oil, add the prawns and mussels, salt and pepper, parsley and when they are cooked add the cream and Parmesan cheese. In 5 minutes the sauce is ready

We cook the pasta in enough water with a little salt, and when it is ready we strain it and pour it into the sauce container. We stir and serve.
