Ingredients
1 Whole pork tenderloin (pig)
6 small potatoes
Oil
1 glass of red wine
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Make half cuts to the sirloin or puncture it with a knife so that it better grasps the flavor of the ingredients and we put it in the fridge to marinate the sirloin with the wine, rosemary, bay leaf, salt and pepper for a day. The next day we add everything to a deep frying pan, and add the potatoes, peeled and cut in half, and a drizzle of oil.
Let cook until reduced and serve!
