Ingredients to prepare stuffed peppers in the oven
• 3 or 4 peppers
• 300 grams of ground beef
• 1 tomato
• 1 medium onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 2 tablespoons of parsley
• 1/2 cup oil

Preparation of the stuffed peppers in the oven

We start by chopping the peppers in half (I chop them crosswise) we remove the seeds and the stem. We booked.

Then we will dice the onion, garlic and tomato. We will heat the half cup of oil and fry the onion and garlic first. When they are already somewhat transparent, we will add the ground meat, salt, pepper and cook for one or two minutes, this is the trick so that the meat has a lot of flavor, it should always be added after the onion and / or garlic. Now is the time to add the diced tomatoes.

Cook for 5 more minutes, now add the parsley and fill the halves of the paprika with this meat.

Place the peppers on a tray and we are going to bake them for approximately 40 minutes. Pending as long as they do not burn, if you notice this, cover them with an aluminum foil and take it off when there are 10 minutes left.

You can serve it with white rice, with pasta, with salads, alone, or with whatever you want. At home they devoured them!
