And He often uses hard times to get our attention. When things are going great we are not so quick to turn to Him. But when trials come, they often drive us to our knees in search of answers and comfort.
How does God want us to respond to suffering?“Rejoice in the Lord always”(Philippians 4:4).
As we see ways that God can redeem our suffering, we can learn to sincerely rejoice in Him—always. The Apostle Paul found joy in fellowship with God, even when life's pathway led him into “ … the fellowship of his sufferings …” (Philippians 3:10).
Are our mistakes part of God's plan?God anticipated our failures and planned ahead.
And yet all was not lost. God had anticipated Joseph's failure nearly 2,000 years earlier and was prepared for it. Similarly, God anticipated our failures long before the world was created. He is able to turn even our mistakes into blessings (see Romans 8:28).

Can I give my problems to God?In 1 Peter 5:7, we are told to “Cast your cares (anxiety) upon him, for he cares for you.” This scripture helps us to know we can give our worries over to God. It helps us to realize that God does indeed care for us always.
Is God aware of my suffering?Not only is God aware of our pain, but He sees our most heartbreaking moments and hears the sound of every gut-wrenching cry. He sees, He hears and He cares. Yet the sound of our weeping doesn't cause Him to recoil in disgust. Our crying doesn't provoke chastisement or a lecture on faith.
How do I release my problems to God?Ask Him for comfort and compassion for and from your family. Ask Him to help you talk with them and tell them that you love them, even as they struggle to understand you. Ask Him to take your problems and turn them into solutions. The next sentence says, “We should never regret His sending it.”
