Ingredients for recipe Pork Loin with Barbecue Sauce:

• 1 Pork Loin

• 1 drizzle of olive oil

• 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon cloves

 

This for me is the best recipe for pork / pig, the truth is that it is de-li-cio-so! first: We chop the pork loin halfway and open it (in a butterfly shape) so that it cooks better inside. We add salt, pepper and add the mozcada walnut and the cinnamon, crush it well with our hands to stick the spices well to the loin and place it in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil until it cooks well on both sides.

 Preparation of the barbecue sauce:

• 4 tablespoons ketchup

• 2 brown sauce

• 1 tablespoon of tabasco (spicy whatever you have)

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

• 1 heaping tablespoon of honey

•  1 pinch of salt

• 1 splash of pineapple (or apple) juice

• 1 minced garlic

 

To be honest, I went crazy looking for the brown sauce! Then I saw that it is made from meat broth, but I couldn’t get it so I didn’t add it, but this sauce was still spectacular.

We place all the ingredients in a container and stir.

When the pork is ready browned on both sides, add a little of this sauce and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Then bathe it on top with more sauce and place it on the GRILL of the oven for two (02) minutes and that’s it! Chop it into slices and serve it over rice, pasta, couscous (as in this case) with salad or whatever you want! Insuperable!!!
