Ingredients for Bittersweet Chicken (honey and lemon):
Preparation for the Bittersweet Chicken (honey and lemon):
Sauté the onion together with the garlic, carrot and garlic joint .. then add the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cover for a while and then stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick.
When it is golden brown add the 1/2 glass of red wine and stir again until the wine is consumed. Add the lemon juice, honey and sugar and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 more minutes (When the sauce thickens it is ready)
Serve with a little white rice. Enjoy it!
