My weakness: fish, shellfish and the like … the more lemon they have, the better! confession: my mouth is watering .. again.

 

Preparation of the Battered Squid:

Put the rings of the squid in an airtight bag with a little wheat flour, salt and pepper.

Close it and move it a lot in all directions so that the flour covers all the squid

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.

Place them on kitchen paper, add lemon and another little salt (so that they are more crunchy since the salt absorbs the oil)
Yum! to eat!!!

There are people who pass them first for egg and then for flour, personally I don’t like it because they are as “heavier” others pass them for flour-egg and flour again .. it is already to everyone’s taste. So they are light and tasty and the preparation much faster. Enjoy your meal!!
