Ingredients (4 people)
4 Chicken Thighs and / or 3 breasts
2 large potatoes
1 Carrot
1 cup of pumpkin
2 cups chard or spinach
1 medium onion
1 handful of coriander / cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1/2 garlic joint minced
1/2 sprig of celery chopped
3/4 of cup of pastina or fideua
1 cup of spinach
Salt to taste.
In 3/4 of a pot (more or less large) with water, cook the chicken together with all the other diced ingredients (except the clear pastina) for approximately 1 hour, correct the salt if necessary and then add the pastina or fideua and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve hot and if you want to add Parmesan cheese!
