Eggs in the Clouds Preparation:
- The first thing we must do is separate the whites from the yolks. Then we beat the whites at high speed until they are snowy.
- Let’s try to make them in a pan that is suitable for use in the oven or that the handle is not made of plastic. In that same pan where we sauté the bacon (this is optional) we place a little white and make a bowl in the center with the spoon and then add the egg yolk.
- Bake between 10 and 12 minutes. They will realize that it is ready when the whites start to brown a little and the yolk has a harder consistency.
