Ingredients for the Hake Medallions with Mushrooms:
- 8 Medallions of Hake
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the Hake Medallions with Mushrooms:
Place a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic and add the medallions, salt and pepper and cook on both sides until golden brown. Near the end add the chopped parsley.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in another drizzle of olive oil in another pan, with the minced garlic and parsley add salt and pepper and cook until soft and golden.
You can accompany this dish with baked potatoes .. you add a drizzle of salt / pepper oil and a rich tomato salad with spinach and spring onion.
