Ham and Cheese Omelette


A super rich breakfast! You accompany it with some toast of bread with butter and jam. Yum!


Ingredients for the Ham and Cheese Omelette (for 4 people):

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • butter or oil (just to grease the pan)

Preparation of the Ham and Cheese Omelette:

First we have to beat the eggs


We grease the pan with a napkin and the butter so that it does not stick and pour the beaten egg to the bottom of the pan. When it is more cooked (1 min) add the ham and cheese only in half


With the spatula we fold the half without ham and cheese over the one that it does have … and that’s it! If you are on a diet, you can do it with the whites only and with ham
