A really delicious cream. Nobody is going to believe that with a leek and some potatoes something so delicious is left. Here is the recipe 🙂
1 Leek (garlic joint)
4 large potatoes
1 lt of chicken broth
1 splash of cream
Butter, salt and black pepper
In a saucepan add two tablespoons of butter and fry the leek cut into thin slices
When they are transparent, add the liter of chicken broth. While you go peeling and cutting the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pot. A little salt, pepper, taste and cook for half an hour over low heat
When it is cooked, add a splash of liquid cream and blend everything with an electric mixer or in the blender.
Serve hot, add a handful of grated Parmesan cheese, a little parsley or any aromatic herb you like. Enjoy!
