Another very rich alternative to eat healthy:
Ingredients for the Lettuce boats
- 1/2 chicken breast
- half an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 zucchini
- a piece of garlic joint in tiny squares.
Preparation of the Lettuce boats
Sauté the vegetables in just a tablespoon of olive oil and after 5 minutes add the chicken, salt, black pepper, a little curry powder. Cook for 5 more minutes until golden brown. I also added a little ground beef that I had in a corner of the fridge 🙂
Wash the lettuce and find the leaves that are shaped like a bowl so that you can fill them. Some endives also serve for this dish.
