This mustard-based vegetable and salad dressing is super low in calories. I add it to salads, zucchini, broccoli, tuna, chicken, whatever
I can think of! because it is very rich and keeps very well in the fridge for several weeks.
See my video on youtube or CLICK here below:
Ingredients for the light vinaigrette dressing for salads
100 ml of Mustard (3 fingers)
60 ml of Balsamic Vinegar (2 fingers)
60 ml of Olive Oil (2 fingers)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon grated onion
3 sachets of Splenda
30 ml of water (1 finger) if you want it less intense
Preparation of Light Salad Dressing
Place all the ingredients in a container (I use a plastic one for sauces of those that have a spout) because they seem more practical to use and store and shake it very well to mix them all.
This dressing lasts for weeks in the fridge … of course it lasts much less for me because it is so rich that I use it every day! I recommend you see this see now this chicken with another light dressing
