Another omelette that I usually make apart from the potato omelette or Spanish omelette and the spinach omelette is this one with chistorras that can also be chorizos. Its flavor is very rich!

Ingredients for the tortilla with chistorras

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 large chistorras
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams or more of chopped spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation of the omelette with chistorras

The first thing we have to do is cut the chistorra into pieces, (if you don’t have chorizo ​​it can be chorizo ​​or another type) cut the onion and garlic and fry everything together with the spinach.

While in a container we beat the eggs, and when the sauce is ready we are going to empty it into that container where we have beaten the eggs, we stir it and we empty everything back into the pan. After 5 minutes we turn it over by placing a flat plate on top and turn quickly.
