Pork Chops with Parmesan and Parsley


Ingredients to prepare the chops with Parmesan and parsley

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt and paint to taste

Preparation of the chops with Parmesan:

Mix the 3 eggs with the chopped parsley, the Parmesan cheese, the minced garlic, salt and pepper. We pass the cutlets through the wheat flour and then through the egg (they are completely covered)

We fry 1 or 2 minutes on each side .. and serve with rice, salad or whatever you want !! 🙂 Super easy to make and they are very tasty.

This recipe can also be made with chicken breast fillets … or hake, or with any type of meat! let your imagination run wild.
