Ingredients for the seafood Soup
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small red pepper
- 4-6 prawns
- 6 shrimp
- 8-10 mussels
- 100 gr of squid
- 100 gr of chirlas
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper powder
Preparation of the seafood Soup:
Basically it is almost the same as with paella. In a pot with 1 liter-liter and 1/2 of water the chirlas and clams until they open … (about 20 min) if you wish, add a cube of fish stock. (Reserve the broth when they are ready) While you fry the onion, garlic and diced paprika in a paella pan, when they are ready you add the Shrimp, the prawns and the chirlas and the mussels already cooked.
Add the saffron, hot pepper and parsley … cook for about 5 minutes and add the reserved broth, the cup of rice, and let it cook until the rice is ready … while it cooks, try the seasoning, rectify the salt or what you think it needs. Earrings that do not dry out.
