This is from Chef Ramsay and as you know, that man is a genius in the kitchen! And I really recommend that you try them because they are so good that you will not be able to eat just one! Take note:

Ingredients for 6 burgers

  • 600 gr of lean beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (soy)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion.

First we add a little oil to the grill and spread it with a napkin so much so that they do not stick, it is not necessary to smear the pan with oil.

Or instead of oil we can heat the pan and toast some bacon before and in that same fat that is left to make the hamburgers. Or just put them on the grill and that’s it. We let them cook well on one side and when turning them, take advantage of it and place cheese on top to melt it (I like gouda and munster)

And then they add whatever they want, the bacon, or more cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of tomato and lettuce. Mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup and bon appetite!
