There are days when one wakes up inspired. And of course! Today I wanted to make a different, light and also beautiful pizza because we all eat with our eyes first and this is the case here and in the china. Ok I do not want to deviate from the topic, we ate the pizza with all the pleasure. It was worldwide! and I give you the recipe as always in video and step by step photos. They have to do it! They will tell me 🙂

Ingredients for pizza corona
• 500 gr of all-purpose wheat flour
• 250 ml of water
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
• 2 teaspoons dry or instant yeast
• 20 ml of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt

The ingredients for the pizza topping are
• 1 zucchini
• 50 grams of feta cheese
• 1 cup and a half cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• the yolk of an egg
• and olive oil

Preparation of Pizza Corona

We start with the preparation:

In a large bowl or in the kneading machine we add the flour, the two teaspoons of yeast and the two teaspoons of sugar and the olive oil. Before adding the water, we are going to mix it first with the teaspoon of salt.

We will add half of the water while we are kneading so that the flour is hydrated and then we add the rest of the water. We continue kneading for a few minutes and finish doing it on the table until the dough is smooth and manageable. If we feel that it is very sticky,

we can add a little more flour.

We make a ball and let it rest for 1 hour inside the bowl covered with an envoplast. I usually leave it in the oven without turning it light.

After the hour we put it back on the floured table and knead for a minute to degas.

We are going to flatten it with the roller from the inside out, giving it a round shape, ensuring that the thickness is even, and we can add more flour so that it does not stick to us.

We grease a tray with oil and place the dough on it. We will look for the center of the dough and we will make two cuts about 10 cm long, one in the shape of a cross and the other in the shape of an X, important! the cut that does not reach the edges ..

Now we are going to cut the zucchini with the normal potato peeler into thin and even slabs … so that it looks nice and we add it in a messy way around the entire dough.


And we will also add the cherry tomatoes chopped in half and spread them around as well. With our hands, we crumble the feta cheese a little and add it … I put more than 50 gr … because I love cheese!


now we add the pine nuts, (which can be sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds, or sliced ​​almonds … but with pine nuts it is delicious .. Now, the magic touch drizzle of olive oil and the next step will be to fold each tip in this way We beat the yolk of an egg and point the 8 tips and of course … also around the entire dough This gives it a beautiful shine I love pizza, I think I already told you!

Now we are going to bake this beauty at 200ºC for 20 to 30 minutes. They will realize that it is ready because it will be golden brown there is the right moment to take it out of the oven … and it will be like this !:
