Super easy and rich recipe for those who are on a diet 🙂 Sauté the minced garlic clove in the oil, season the chicken fillets, sprinkle the thyme and add to the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a fresh lettuce salad.

A trick: If you cover them for 3 minutes, they are juicier because it cooks in its own juice: D
