Zucchini with mustard sauce

Ingredients for the zucchini with mustard sauce:

  • 2 Zucchini
  • Oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


Preparation of zucchini in mustard sauce

Cut the zucchini into slices, place them in a deep pan 4 tablespoons of oil, fry them for a while and add 1/2 glass of water, the lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
